The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the buyer. The terms "we" "our" and "us" refer to www.seventynineit.com, www.79it.co.uk, Seventy Nine IT and Seventy Nine IT Ltd.

By using the services provided by us you agree to abide by our terms and conditions as set out on this page and on this website. These terms and conditions apply to all products purchased from this website. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

This does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the Government’s consumer advice helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office.

In order to use the services provided by our website and services it may be necessary to register and provide correct information. Any information we collect about you is held in accordance with our privacy policy.
We are only allowed to accept orders from customers who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to make a purchase please ask an adult to place the order for you instead.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our services to anybody who misuses our website and services in any way. You must not interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, any of the workings of the website and services or any information held by us.

We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of the website is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions at our discretion and will endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity.

Please be aware that the colours and appearance of products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. Where appropriate products will have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and HTML, is the property of Seventy Nine IT Ltd, its owner and/or its suppliers and partners, and any third party content is used by us pursuant to express authorisation from copyright owners or their agents. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to our website or its contents are vested in Seventy Nine IT Ltd, its owner and/or its suppliers or our partners where appropriate. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.

We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the time of posting on the site.

All prices (including any applicable taxes) are as specified besides the relevant product displayed on the website and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. For details of the delivery charges, see the “DELIVERY” clause in these terms and conditions.

Seventy Nine IT Ltd is not VAT registered so all prices shown do not include VAT and no VAT will be charged.

Prices, special offers and availability information are subject to change without notice. You will be advised of any changes to price, special offers and availability when you place an item in your shopping basket before you make a purchase.

When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the order. When you place your order you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an email (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order from PayPal, Braintree or our website. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by us via email confirming the details of your order (“ORDER CONFIRMATION”). At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your order will be fulfilled.

We do not have access to your debit/credit card details. Our payment processing is carried out by Braintree or PayPal and complies with the highest privacy regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can tell the page is secure by the padlock icon being displayed on your browser. Both PayPal and Braintree accept all major credit and debit cards.

Your order confirmation email will provide the following information:

• order reference number
• delivery name and address
• date of order
• item(s) ordered and prices
• grand total
• any special delivery notes you have requested
• information about how to cancel an order
• information about how to return goods

Please check your order confirmation email carefully. If you wish to make a change to your order please email us as at enquiries@seventynineit.com as soon as possible.

Postage and packing costs vary depending on the delivery method used. You can choose the method of delivery that suits you best when you place an order.
The majority of the products and services supplied will be either electronic or service based which means no delivery charge applies.
Where a delivery is required, the price will be shown on the basket and checkout page before payment details are entered.

When you purchase goods you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 14 (fourteen) working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been made to your specification or personalized.
When you purchase services we can only provide a refund for services not yet started.
If you wish to cancel you should email enquiries@seventynineit.com. We must have written notice of your cancellation.

You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either through PayPal or Braintree by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to us at your own cost by a method which offers proof of posting and proof of delivery. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. Goods should be returned to:

You should also include a note with details of your name, address and order number.

If the goods are not returned we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund or charge these costs to you.

We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return purchased goods you may receive a full refund of your money within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation. Please follow the guidance under CANCELLATIONS above. 

We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a consumer shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange in relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.

Occasionally we may run out of a particular item. We will then contact you with a possible replacement, which will be of the same or greater value, or an estimated time of when we shall be receiving new stock in. If neither of these are acceptable solutions we will refund part of your order.

We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter please email CM Storey and HJ Storey at enquiries@seventynineit.com. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within 3 (three) working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.

In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All sales will be conducted in English.
